1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Cornwall Waste Clearance services and our website at cornwallwasteclearance.co.uk. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

All quotations provided by Cornwall Waste Clearance are estimates based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the volume, weight or nature of items to be cleared differs materially from what was described at the time of quotation. We will inform you of any price adjustment before proceeding.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you directly by phone or written communication. We reserve the right to reschedule in exceptional circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.

4. Access & Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring our team has safe and adequate access to the property on the agreed date. If access is not available and we are unable to carry out the work, a call-out charge may apply.

Please inform us in advance of any hazardous materials, fragile items, or access restrictions.

5. Waste Carrier Licence

Cornwall Waste Clearance is a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency. All waste collected is disposed of in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

6. Items We Cannot Remove

We are unable to remove certain items without specialist arrangements, including asbestos, clinical or medical waste, and some chemical substances. Please advise us of any such items prior to booking.

7. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the clearance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer. Invoices not settled within 14 days may be subject to a late payment charge.

8. Liability

Cornwall Waste Clearance carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our team during the clearance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for items not included in the agreed scope of work.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to rearrange.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
